Parker Easter Weekend?

Parker seems to be pretty mellow for Easter.Still early In the season,and people are doing the family thing at home.definately
more 3&4 day weekenders but nothing like the summer Holidays.

Leaving Thursday still undecided if were gonna be selfish and stay till monday or come home and do the family thing gonna play it by ear. Staying at the Bluewater look for me and the crew in my " Cole looking Dana" If Parker only allowed 100 boaters how many do you think there would be this weekened. I'm a gage freak.

I spent most of saturday at red rock(green/white flatbottom)
right next to launch ramp.I did walk over to #40 to say hi,
but the folk's there didn't know who or what i was talking about.
I did forget to look for the flag. Oh well maybe next time!

Hey JP, saw you on Sat afternoon in front of Roadrunner. I was riding shotgun in the GN-15 boat.

This was my first time out in Parker and it was a blast! Can't wait to go back! Huge thanks goes out to RiverDave for being a gracious host and jackpunx for hauling us boatless peeps around all weekend.:cool:

Hi all. What a great weekend. Rolled in to redrock on thurs afternoon only to find no one at the redrock office and Someone in my spot. So went down to Lapaz and kicked there. 2 nights of dealing with people parting till 430 in the morning. I got up a few times and told them to chill. THe only other bummer was the wind on Saturday! Havasu was like the dam ocean. Its ok for the big boats but It was a bitch running up to the Channel from the springs sat morning. There were white caps all the way there.
Met up with my bro in the Channel, had a few beers and decided to go up to the sandbar. Got outside the break water and saw nothing but a wall of water over the bow and into bonzai. The wife was pissed lol a spray is one thing but a wall of water is to much for me lol Turned around and cruised back to the springs. Finished out the day back on the strip.

Ah i thought it was! Yea i was at Parker most of the weekend. I ended up staying @ La Paz had the flag out but hard to see behind tent and with the wind it was always up on the roof of the cabana. But i thought that was your boat. Were you guys hanging out accross from sundance? i stopped there for a few on friday afternoon for the kids to take a swim coming back from the dam.

I think Dave and I may have have one of the better speed runs Ive ever had in that boat.. The water was perfect.. it was cool out.. no traffic.. low fuel.. We must have been at around 5600RPMs..
