I was thinking about buying it since Parker is 4 hours from SDSU, but it only has 5 Bedrooms & 3+ baths. Thats kinda small and whatnot. I mean then i'd have to go buy a new boat too since my boat another 4 hours from Parker. :D
Anyone know if the lot has homeowner's Association Dues & or CC&Rs?

No offers have been accepted yet. The lot, the Storage business, and the house are being sold separately and any/all of the sales are contingent on everything being sold.
Anyone know if the lot has homeowner's Association Dues & or CC&Rs?
Deeded lot, no HOA, or CCRs.
Also, there's nothing nefarious about the owners selling out. Don't believe any rumors you may hear. The market out here is just sweet for Real Estate right now,(seller's market) and it's time to cash in.
