Speaking of drive shafts I'm doing a set back on my pump. Who makes longer ones?

Take your shaft to your local truck center. Most of them can, or know who can lengthen your present shaft.

The adapter plate is called a PTO, and the Driveshafts typically are the same length unless you have a setback pump. They usually come stock with the Spicer 1310 unit but the 1350 is available for higher horsepower applications.
Sounds like you just need the PTO and 1310 Driveshaft. You can find both of them at Rex Marine Here H-Bar drivelines and PTO's (http://www.rexmar.com/page311.html) If you need a longer than standard driveline, they do make custom lengths and info for that is on the same page
