I've been considering either a Whipple or ProCharger. I'd like to see and honest 75 MPH (currently get 60 on GPS) and would like to cruise a little faster at lower RPM. I'm concerned that the engine has 400+ hours on it and I don't wish to compromise reliability or longivity to a great extent. All Seasons Marine in Boulder City was pushing the Whipple, bad mouthing the ProCharger to the point of saying people have installed the ProCharger, and not liked it to the point of removing it. Any words of wisdom from anyone?

I would recommend yopu talk to Gary Teague at GT Performance 909-982-8391, he really knows this stuff, and although he does some great stuff with whipples, he won't shove it down your throat. Also, if you need to use someone in NV, try Bill Dunsmore at Dunsmore marine, he's knows his stuff, and nice to deal with 702-293-1929.( he's in B.C. also)

Call Bob Endress (661-510-2216) with Vortech. They make a nice setup for a 502 EFI motor. They offer three stages for setup also. They really pitch reliability.
