Were can i get a fiberglass scoop for my hatch, and who is a good place to have cut a hole in the hatch and install the scoop.

Harwood and most other fiberglass makers have them. Look at summitracing.com or jegs.com.
Most boat builders can probably point you in a direction for the ones they like as well.

Check with CP Performance. I saw they have one that is laminated heavier for boats.
