Is the first one a plastic rub rail? If it is I have seen people use heat guns and bend them.
The second one you can bend any way you can imagine
:D

I just replaced the rub rail on my 18' jet Boat, that aluminum is pretty soft. When you need to go around the Bow or transom just put some of the rubber insert in and Bang it with a Rubber Mallet.
It really wasn't that Hard. :D

I might use a block of wood or something so that you can apply the force to the flat area of the rail, that way you won't do any cosmetic damage or screw up the flanges.
But I couldn't say from experience.

I have bad news. If there was a special tool, CP would try to sell it to you. The pro's do things the same as us normal, or semi normal people do. The rubber mallett is the way to go. You just get into trouble by thinking about things too much.

That looks like the same molding I have on my 21 Howard. Its pretty easy to bend around the bow, the Howard has a generous radius there. On the 90 deg. bend at the transom, I put some rivets in to hold it and bent it by hand using all the force I could close to the bend. Maybe use a short piece of 2 x4 to keep from bruising your hand. Its fairly soft, so hammering on it could bend it.

Cy I Love it!
As to the second bend- Be careful- My wife and I just took my 14 Year old Grandaughter to buy a bathing suit for her 15 birthday.
She came out of the fitting room and asked us what we thought!
Her Grandmother said she liked it! I told her it would be good EXCEPT IT NEEDED 6 MORE Yards of Fabric. All you Girl fathers will one day learn, because you will remember what letches you were. Pops
