Pro - with twins if one motor fails the other can still - usually - get you home.
Con - twice as many mechanicals to go wrong.

The 350's aren't bitchen to look at like the 525 is!

It seems like the price of 2 350 mags would still be cheaper than the 525. You can put a supercharger on the 350 too. :D

Having owned both twins and singles here are the pros and cons as i see them'
1. Steering around the dock with twins cannot be beat.
2. Like was said before, one engine takes a crap and you have a spare.
3. better hook up with the water.
cons
1. More maintenance... (x2) (filters, oil, spark plugs, you name it)
2. Everytime you buy a bolt on upgrade... you have to buy 2
3. As was said earlier, more mechanicals to fail
4. Two drives to maintain too...
Personally, I'd go with the twinny twin twins...
Cuz like RD I like em...

The twin 350s will be easier on the drives
always a motor to limp back on if needed will probably get on plane faster,But twice the maintainance lots of gas to use
Depends on size of boat if more than 28ft twins is my choice
