You can find deals on them, but be aware of shisters. Make sure that you get the high flow model for the drive. There are some people out there that are selling low flow models and they look identical to the high flow model. Look on the OSO classifieds in the parts section.

Go to e-bay punch in trim pumps or mercruiser parts and see what pops up. Worked for me. All kinds of cool stuff on there.
