If you have a fast boat, you need to hang out with faster women. We were camping at BV last summer and my buddy had his new 21Stealth. Nice boat. I have an 82 Southwind Jet. All the girls in the group kept saying, "We wanna ride in the fast boat!" My buddy was like WTF?????

Mine loves the speed, as long as the water is perfect. If it's kind of rough out she'll be grippin the seat :D She has also driven the boat to 100.1 mph herself :)

It's to hard for them to carry on a meaningful conversation!
They dont like to compete with the wind or any thing louder than themselves!:D

My wife was the first to ask if that is all we got in the throttles. She recommends more power = more speed.:D

speed is not the problem here. Rough water is the problem

Exactly what my wife says! She doesnt like 70-80 in our 19ft miller but when its smooth she ok with 50-60mh. When its a little choppy shes crying about her breasts hurting from the bumpy ride.

That's why I have two. A pleasure boat that seats others and is limited to 80 mph:

And then a fast boat that has just one seat:

When the hydro's done, I'll seek out that runner-bottom...:D

I don't mind the speed, I just like to make sure the kids are okay. I freak out about loosing control and having something awful with the boat flipping. I have three very young kids and one with a handicap. I just worry. Other than that,,,the faster the better.

It's not the speed it's the wind. Glass is fine, any chop at all and "can't you keep it down!"
Funny I thought I was suppose to "keep it up?":jawdrop:

Same reason I got rid of the Eliminator 300 Eagle... Wifey wouldn't go near it cuz it was too fast.

My other 1/2 loves going fast in a boat, she has never complained. She has driven one of our cats at 90+, and also likes jumping swells in the ocean. If I was with someone that was complaining she would be left on the beach.

Heck I judge my speed by the intensity of my wife's screams, not the speedo.:)

The girls that I roll with love speed. I never thought that I would hear a chick say "That was only 100? You Pussy!" About floored me. We make it clear that we will be going fast when in the boat and if you don't like speed, don't get in. Once you are in, shut the F%^k up! Only have had one problem with a girl in the boat, Mom. Only problem is that you cant exactly tell mom to shut up, even if you want to. At about 50 she was white knuckled and definitely uncomfortable. Funny thing is that when she was younger, she would be in a flatty around 90. I guess it is just ages and stages.
