it's all in the technique, but we will need some speed so we'd better keep working out...plus we will need to be able to swim good if we get tossed...i don't wanna hang out in the no wake zone the whole time!!! ;)

I'm not a strong swimmer, I'm not a fast swimmer but I can swim for 20 minutes straight no resting ... and I do every Monday night. :cool: I think we'll do ok. :) I can't even picture me in such a beautiful place as Havasu ... the water looks so incredible and surreal to me. :cool:

We usually stay at Park Moabe, and the water there is COLD, Once you drive past the sandbar, to Havasu, the lake is very warm. The water in the channel isn't all that great. Folk stand around in it and drink and pee all day.
