That is one bad ass Schiada. I grew up in a '22 and my dream is a '21 v-drive. I currently have an old Hallett jet boat but want a '21 V-drive in the worst way. PM me with your contact info as I work for a large magazine and may be able to do a feature story on your boat and truck. I have to believe that if the boat looks this killer that your tow vehicle is also tricked out.

thanks for all the nice coments guys. i have to thank keith sayre
for finding me the boat . i wanted a schiada for a long time i had
a few hallett vectors . but wanted a v drive. the motor was completed by lance oster he is one of the best & a great guy he took his time & did a great job. the motor is all new & has the best parts. it has a two blade prop with 38 gears i think i might need moor gear but it runs very well. @ 9 psi of boost. it should be a fun boat. thanks hallett/ schiada

The breather bodies are fairly easy to make. We did one up on Hack Job's spectra and then went with indvidual breathers for each carb (more surface area). I'll be doing one with the oval filter when the motor comes back from the dyno. We poped em on a mill, but they could be done with a router and a circle cutting setup. Either way, that whole damn boat is so clean it makes me sick!

With Lance building the motor, you won't have any problems. He is a great guy and everything he touchs runs perfect. BTW, that is one sweet boat, and if a boat like that couldn't convert a jet boat guy to V-drive, then I don't know what would.

Worked for me. I'm hanging onto the jet though too.
As far as the Schiada, I'm working on it. Going to enjoy it this summer then tear it all apart and have the gelcoat pimped out. This black gelcoat thing is for the birds. I think I'm going to do it to look like SuperDave's boat (and Bubbles). :D :D :D

I had the pleasure of seeing Bob's boat up close and personal. That is one bad ass boat, so clean it looks like it's never been used, EVER!!.....The detail in/on that boat is beyond most peoples imagination, I know it was beyond mine...... Could you see that the back of the back seat is Gelcoated !!! along with the detailed, gelcoated floor !!...Real nice Bob...............Ray
