SPAM: Travel Trailer at River Land

A buddy of mine has a 33' Terry Taurus (sp) out at River Land that he is selling for cheap. Asking $3,500. Its a late 70s that is in pretty good condition for its age. I have stayed there a few times and it seems like a decent trailer. Its not thrashed, he doesn't smoke, and has no pets. Its been there for about 20 years so I would think it would be a good idea to go though the axles, tires, and brakes if you plan to tow it anywhere. I don't have any pics. I think its a reservation system. You pay about $40 per month to store it and they move it out when you come out. Its not on a permanent spot. He bought a new trailer and will still be keeping it there.
