I have NGK UR4 plus on my motor and wanted to know if they are good plugs and what they should be gapped at. The motor is freshly rebuilt and is mostly stock. Thanks!

Previous owner switched Prestolite dist. out for stock HEI setup. Running Motorcraft ASF 52C at about .040 which is a little hotter from manufactures list.
