My question is: on the front of the prop there is a 32 molded in to it on the front of the hub sleave edge. is this a 32 pitch prop I am sure it is just thaought I would ask! and also ther is a 196 etched into the rear of the hub housing I think thos is the rake can anyone confirm or corect this statement?
Getting pics to post!
Thanks

That will be a 17p thru hub, round ear. The 196 denotes 16 inch diameter.

I think your read of the numbers is correct.
I was going to buy a high 5 prop from him, but then I saw it came w/o hub and didn't appear to be such a good deal.

Bronson hill props will rehub it or hub it for around $80.00
If this is a 17P then its no good to me!
Were did you get 17P from Tom Brown?
this thing must hav been trimmed cause it measures 7.5" from the center of the hub to one blade tip.

What's wrong JL, do you doubt my information? Next thing you'll be telling me is this isn't a thru hub prop. :D :D :D
It was a joke, JL. Disregard everything I've said. I'll just laugh my ass off up here in the far north where there is nothing better to do than **** with people on the Internet.

I don't know, but I think that rake looks awaful steep for a 17". I am not sure but the 196 may be .196 root blade thickness...????

Speaking of irony, how about some fresh pictures of your cat project? Those last bulkhead pictures looked good but you said you had more done than that.
