Super Stock veteran driver was killed Saturday near Tacoma while testing. Big loss......I'm very upset! Newspaper said: Doug Jancura, can anyone confirm this?

Yes its true.
Thats the lake thats just minutes from the house.
Our Dad use to test his dragboats there.
And the lake we have been fighting to keep "above water exhaust" boats on.

very sorry to hear that. I hate to hear about bad boat accidents.
From what you guys said, This is gonna hurt the future of this lake for speed boats. It's also gonna probably be a influence on the ongoing capsule debate. My condolences to the friends and family of Doug Jancura.
