Looks great. I was at Shockwave last week and took a peek.
I'm sure we'll meet soon. I'm Eric (Robert's friend) and am glad everything worked out. You'll like the Tremor much more than the other boat you were looking at. Your house looks similar to Robert's. Are you in the same neighborhood?

Hey Eric,
Thanks for all of your advice (through Robert) on deciding which boat to get. Nice to finally talk to you directly (well sort of). I'm not the same neighborhood as Robert. He's in Chino Hills, I'm in Corona.
Hey Payloan. It's a 25' Shockwave Tremor. 496HO for power.

Right on, that's a great looking and running boat!!!!
The 25' has to be Shockwave's #1 seller. I've been seeing a lot them lately. It's been a good year for Shockwave. Great boat.

Beautiful boat....I love the Shockwave Tremor....I spent all last weekend with Tom (hd&boatrider) and his brand new Tremor at Lake Mojave, in heavy wind and chop, and it felt like a 30' foot boat...road smoothe and safe with all the wind and white caps.
I told him, "I used to like my boat till I drove your new boat....I want one!"
:) :D
Have fun!

Awesome boat! Where's the prop guard? and the warning labels
telling you that the prop will chop you all up if your behind the boat with it running?
Ok,Ok, I'll let it go........for now.
Right on for the new boat. There's nothing better. Enjoy.

Thanks to all...........
I'm kind of a forum virgin, but I'll be looking for everybody's boats this summer, hoping to hook up with the Shockwave family. If anyone sees me, chase me down and have a lady drop a top. I'll stop for sure. Where does everybody boat primarily? Havasu? Mohave? Mead? I don't want to take an ice chest full of beer, and end up boating with some old fogies in aluminum troll boats.
To answer the money questions. With the Upgrade 496HO, Dana hinges, lowered exhaust and swim step, spare tire for the trailer, and an upgraded dent in my bank account, I walked out the door for about $66K.

Yeah BM, isn't that the way it always goes....You think you have something sweet until tou ride in something bigger and better. I will say that you have nothing to worry about since your ride is pretty sweet, and it all boils down to what a person can afford. Regardless of what kind of ride a person has, they are all about having fun.....

Congrats PlaneNutz! The boat really looks sweet. I was able to see it when it a few times during the build. It really looks nice. Have you had it on the water yet? This weekend's supposed to be warm :D
Hope to see you out there. (Havasu this coming weekend) I'd be interested in that ice chest (and no, the wife isn't gonna drop her top). ;)

Well DryHeat,
It was worth a shot. The ice chest offer is still there, though. The wife and I (and the kids) are taking it out this Sat. locally to break it in. I think we may go to Mohave either Mother's Day weekend or the weekend after, to really see what it can do after the break in. Who knows. We take it one day at a time around here.
