If you like cookin with beer there's a simple marinade that I think works great on just about all meat.
Take your favorite kinda beer (I usually use coors lite or corona) and pur 1 to to cans in a freezer bag add salt and pepper to your liking add the meat of your choice and shake that shit up really good. Freeze it over night and let it thaw the next day.
SUPER easy to make and once you eat it you wont regret it.
