I would recomend DL Campbell. They have been around the longest and do quality work.
We are a General Engineering contractor from Kingman. We do roads, grading, septics, and underground utilities.
PM me with what you find for quotes. If they are too high I will send my guys down to Havasu to help out a fellow boater.

Prices vary ALOT depending on the lot - when mine was graded in December of 2002 it cost me about 8 grand. quite a bit of fill and than to push it around. So, depends on lot size amount of fill needed, (Need vs Want) how much of the lot is usable. All of your slope that you create needs to stay on your lot....unless you do a retaining wall. Which in itself can cost a whole bunch!
A friends lot cost him 2500 - somewhat flat lot to start with...
