I am contemplating going fuel injected with my turbo setup...right now I am running a 468 with a carb. So if I got say one of those multi point EFI's...what would have to be changed?

TB, I'm picking up my EFI components next week.
I'm going with a Haltech system.
www.haltech.com (http://www.haltech.com)
A Michigan local guy is the Haltech distributor and knows all about the systems and
programming with turbos.
Call Tom at 616-554-6544 days
or 269-795-9679 eves
I asked him if the system would be reliable and he stated that he has a Haltech system
installed on a helicopter and has run sucessfully for over 300 hrs.
The price I got on the unit with the injectors, sensors, wiring harness, and misc. was about
what some guys get into two race prepped Dominator carbs.
You need to machine the holes into the intake manifold for the injectors like we did here.

Tom has the sleeves for 3$ ea. that you put in the 7/8” holes that you machine in the intake
and you need to weld them in and install a fuel rail over the injectors.
There are a few sensors that need to be in the system for, manifold pressure, water temp, etc.

TB, you want to stay away from any EFI that is limited to a 1 bar (1 atmosphere or no boost) MAP sensor. Not sure if the Edelbrock is actually programmable. Good price but probably not what you need.

I guess that was my question, can you just change the map sensor and everything would be ok?
