I just found out that the lead times on billet cranks (LAE or Bryant)are about 8 to 19 weeks. Does anybody know where I can get a new or used 4.500" or 4.650" stroke billet crank for a BBC (before summer gets here)?

You might try Competition Products 1-800-233-0199 They have alot of sources. I believe they carry Crower LAE and Callies among others. They had also bought out all the 4340 Trick Flow cranks and were blowing them out I.

Thanks for the great suggestions guys. I was not able to find a 4.625" stroke but did find a 4.5" stroke LAE at Teague's. Now my motor builder says it will be 6-8 weeks before he can get around to start assembling it anyway. http://free.***boat.net/ubb/frown.gif
