if it makes you feel any better last summer both of the axles on my boat trailer cracked in half.

One day before you where headed to the river... or was it you fixed them the day you where headed out to the river?

they broke the same day of the river trip. bought new axle assemblies, hub assemblies and mounting pads. welded the pads to the axles, packed the new bearings and installed everything in two hours flat. save about 400 bucks in labor that day.
