Negotiated with the wife to get one as a 30th birthday present and finally got it done about 3 years later. Good-sized band on the left arm, but only visible when I want it to be. Have my kids birthdays around the outside...usually get lots of questions about the numbers.
Thought about the whole "it'll be nasty and wrinkled when you're old question" before I did it. But, I figured the rest of my body would be nasty and wrinkled at that point, so who cares :D

One of our friends, sister has a husband that went to jail for drugs....

while in prison, she has a baby and decides to get both girls names tatooed upon his chest.
(this guy has no teeth)
Well he gets out and come to find out, he spelled his childrens name wrong....
she is no longer with him and is happily married to another.
Don't know if he has any tatooes but they are probably spelled right.
