photo chop question..

I have been wanting to get a photo chop .. can anyone tell me what the best out there is.. and is it hard to use.. not to computer literate..;)

You can download it for free on the internet.Its easy to figure out but theres so much that you can do its hard to really use it to its full potential,unless you use it all day everyday.Download it for free off the internet and than go to a book store and buy the how to manual for it.

Just go on Bearshare or some other file sharing service and do a search....people share software just like they share MP3's and Porn....you can probably find it on there for free...
