How pissed would you be if....
You paid a $5000 deposit and gave your 27' Cat to a reputable engine company for a new motor, then your boat was impounded while in their custody, more drama, then in the end, you get your boat back with NOTHING done in 4+ months and you are out the $5,000 + almost $2,000 for the impound of the boat and trailer.
This happened to one of your fellow ***boaters and it is about to hit the fan. He is gathering up all the evidence including the cashed check etc. etc. and I encourage you to read all the details soon to come in another thread;) The title will include the word "Fraud":mad:

Well honestly it doesn't matter why the boat was impounded. I would still be cracking some skulls. Beat your money out of them. Or should I say persuade your money out of them. Whether that be by talking or with a bat-it doesn't matter someone would pay!

Lots of details to be posted in a timeline order. The boat was being "stored" until the motor was delivered, it was supposed to get fully detailed too. The boat owner was notified by the impound co. by mail not by the company rep:mad:
Right after the impound deal, I posted a little something about the company and had a big response including the President of the Company's son calling ME directly to appoligize for all the problems and SWORE up and down that it would all be taken care of and then some. Many people in the boat manufacturing Biz know this company VERY well, and many of them know THEY ****ED UP
all my buddy wants now is his money back, forget the months his boat has been gone/all the hassle etc. etc.

Once we gave our SeaRay to the dealer for our 20 hour service. It rained cats and dogs, I called then and asked if our boat was protected. They swore up and down it was...when we picked it up, we had to turn the bilge pump on for like 5 minutes, water just kept pouring out of the boat. Our vests were stored in the ski locker and were all moldy. I wrote a letter detailing everything and they gave us new vests. I never took my boat back there, never trusted them again.

Well that certainly wouldn't be the smartest action to take and disrespectful to the kids too. Even Uma had that much respect in KillBill vol1:D although it didn't quite work out that way:eek:
