SPF 50 a tshirt and a bucket hat. I put the SPF 50 on my back shoulders and neck then put on the shirt.
My Arms and legs still burn a bit but not much and usually only the first couple outtings then they tan and get really dark. I go from Gringo boozer to El Boozer in just a couple trips.
I'd rather look silly then die of skin cancer.
