Eliminator 4 Life

Well if I had to guess 1996 or 1997 one of our Eliminator regattas were we took one of my brothers friend. His name is Sgt. Dale Brehm he was a army ranger well he was shot March 18th three days before his 24th birthday. Today was his funeral and I will never forget the smile on his face when he was in Havasu. I also remember talking to him in Nov he was in the bar and we were talking about this was gonna be his last deployment (sp) to Iraq. He was scheduled to be home in 2 weeks. Just an all around sad story and my thoughts and prayers go to his family. I feel really bad when someone so young with so much life left gets killed in the line of duty.

That's so very sad to hear. They're all heroes in my book and the ones that give their lives for their country are so young and their families will miss them forever.
God bless all of them around the world especially Dale Brehm who, I hope, will rest in peace.
