Don't forget that you could save up to 25% on your boat insurance after you take a course like this.
I guarantee that there isn't anyone out there that will leave this class without learning something. Most people leave learning how much they DIDN'T know.
Our next class is June 19th. Also free.
So what's YOUR excuse for not going?

LakeRacer,
I know this post is for a class in Phoenix but I live in the San Diego area, do you happen to know of anything in my area? I would like to attend one of these classes, any help that you may be able to provide would be great.
Thanks,

I did the class in needles and i will tell you, I learned alot of good info on alot of topics. There are alot of things that i thought i knew but turns out they were only half right and it is good to know and if you ever get in trouble, the little coast guard card goes along way with the police and such. Not saying to do it for that, but every thing helps.I got 25% off my insurance and i feel more comfortable knowing the laws and water way rules. For instance, lets say you were floating down river, dringing a cold one,did you know that your boat is concidered under way and if you were drinking, engine off ,you could still get a dwi? lots of knowlage to be given out i would tell anyone to do !!!! just my .02 cents
