I buy those giant 4" bran muffins from The Real Canadian Superstore. They are really good with fresh butter slathered on like icing. :D
I always hunt through the bin for a flat of muffins that are all bran. Mostly, they have three flavors in each flat of 12 muffins but they usually make a couple up with all bran for those, like myself, who really enjoy the ass music.
By the way, a flat of muffins lasts me less than a week. Seriously. :D

I have a really good receipe for cole slaw ( I didn't like it untill I made it this way) Buy a purple cabbage and a green cabbage. Shred the heck out of them in your food proccesor. Buy "Maries" Cole Slaw Dressing and mix together with the shredded cabbage. This is really good and crunchy. Much better than KFC.
You can't save it and need to serve it as soon as you add the dressing.....
