Check out Brian's (Kwicherbichens.com) boat in the current issue of Hot Boat. He got a nice write up in the Performance/Hot Rod section. I didn't realize he refurbished pretty much the whole thing.
Also, I didn't know he had been going to the river since his childhood. I've known his wife since high school and thought they got into the river thing after they were married. Nice job Brian, hopefully we'll see you at the river one of these days.
Bonus - Anyone notice that Jordy is mentioned in the article???:D

I saw that. I got the issue a couple days ago and started a thread in the Just Jets section. Lots of people looked but nobody said anything. Must have just been ahead of my time. :D

I didn't get this month's issue until yesterday. What's up with that?? Everyone was also talking about the LHC Marina...Kind of felt left out:yuk:

I usually get mine a couple days before threads start showing up regarding the issue. Perhaps it's because the last 4 or so years they've never sent me a t-shirt and are feeling guilty about it. :D

Hi Jordy,
I have the t-shirt that they sent me two years ago, it has a few stains on it but I would be happy to send it to you if you want it. :D :D

I thought that was pretty cool to know (sorta) Brian, Rex and Jordy..
The boat is looking good, that's for sure.

Hell if you ever do get one it probably wont be the size you wanted. Three shirts and not a one was the right size!

How many times are we going to go through with this?

Hey thanks everyone for the compliments. Most of the refurbishment was cosmetic. The boat wasn't all that terrible when I got it but I wanted it to be a little cleaner. I still have a few thing to do with it but I've been busy with other stuff & lazy on the boat aspect of things.
And yes, I've pretty much been going to the river since I was I was too young to remember. My family owned a place at Klein's Cliff Site and another place at the jump off rock of the first bend in the river south of the dam (don't remember the name??). After my dad was killed we had to sell and I've kinda flopped around everywhere since.
As for Jordy's mention, I had to he paid me (LOL). Just kidding, I wanted to recognize everyone that helped me make it what it is today. They all saved me a tremendous amount of money and if it weren't for them the boat would still be old school disco colors with a crappy carb.

I already posted a reply to this in another thread about you boat Brian. Sexy boat even sexier woman. To bad Heff recruited her. I wonder if Heff's girls have to bone the old man?

She says no at this point but ya really never know. I hear he likes to watch them play with each other. I guess that's not all bad either.

Interesting. I thought he was the spokesperson for Viagra.
If what she says is true Hugh is the most underlaid overpaid ma in the world.
I always wondered if Hugh got no ass but paid to see a LOT of ass.

That's a great article on your boat and your boating story. I was very sorry to read about your father - that had to be very tough on the family. It's a grat write up, your boat looks great and it sounds like you've got a terrific wife (and friends). Nice job on the boat.
Who's the young hottie with the bolt-ons on your boat? She looks barely 18
