I'm not sure what exactly, but something looks "odd", "different", unusual, funny.......Like I said I can't say what, but there's something about the side view profile....Anyone else see it??

Looks like a flatty and a day cruiser had sex and this is what popped out 9 months later.
BTW: That is what you call a flat ass.

Looks to be an old modified Glen-L or a late 50s/early 60s wood Hallet. There were so many different mfgs. back then it would be almost impossible to ID the thing. Pretty cool old school boat but if I was looking for a boat I'd stay away from a wood hull, too many issues like dry rot, loose fasteners glass seperating, termites:D
