Lake Elsinore 5/15

We had a great time today, started out with skiing then met up with Team Scream, Team Ahhell, and Team Cobra230....a great bunch of people. Can't wait for the next get together (sorry we had to rush off to get my daughter home on time for her date)

I'll catch you next time on the lake. We are heading out tommorow to be on the water at 9:30 or so. I didn't know we could actually beach the boats back there.I'll have to check that out tommorow.

I appologize if I got anyone's name wrong, feel free to post and let me know. We had such a great time, it was very cool to meet people that we have talked to on the board. (even thought they didn't vote for my kilt thread) LOL:D After talking to you all online I feel like I know you, even though we had never met...

I had a good time (any day in our boat is a good day) Don't know if I will visit that lake again.....the water was soooooooooo green and icky. But, we didn't get into any fights:D :D
Saw some cops on jet ski's and in a boat, wonder if one of them was our Elsinore Cop?

We told Mrs. Ahhell she needs to get online, she types much faster than Mr. Ahhell. The Cobras were very nice. Beautiful noise has a beautiful boat. Ntwotrance was cool, he found us and showed us the cove. I saw a boat called "instigator" isn't that a boat from here? and some familar boats, but they didn't come say hi, so I don't know who it was....Everyone is sunburned but me. (well my face is) ;)

Glad to hear everyone had fun and came home safe. I got a sunburn too, got it doing yardwork:yuk: How did the boat run Ahhell? Did you make a full speed run down the middle? If so how fast? That speed zone is the only saving grace for that lake. Went there once, not again, too green for me. Havasu is worth the 3 hour drive.

the boat was possesed..really...backed it down reversed it out spun it around and..................NOTHING.....took it up to 4k revs and could have gone faster with a paddle???.
Soooo.....i put it back on the trailer, taught the boys some new words, and proceeded to think i was going home. Scream and Ntwotrance should up, we tore down, inspected, poked and prodded, and all looked good...so WTF, put it back in the water, idle out, nail it......BAM, im planing, and all is good....?????

Only my face is sunburned this morning, but I have a huge bruise on my hip from slipping on the swimstep, trying to get into my boat. (Like the graceful way I entered the bow of my boat without getting sand in there?)LOL:D Well, no bruises from that!

The water is really green, really. Like if you stand in the water you can't see your feet. NTT said they are in the process of purifiying it. We went in the water and and no one got sick.
On the way there, I am thinking, lets just turn around and drive the 3 1/2 hours to the river!
Or keep going to the ocean.
The middle speed lane is cool. (we went pretty fast) And we had a great time. Just, the water is icky....IMO

Debbolas, The water is green because of the algae(spelling)growth, It's also shallow so that doesn't help either. They have re-opened some prings at the south end so in the future the water should return to blue sort of. :cool: v-drive

Well no one got sick, and NTT's kids skied all morning (they looked ok, oh yeah, after reading that thread about how much to charge people for riding in your boat I figure he owes me about $5 for the sandwich JK/LOL:D ) It is just soooooooooo green.
I shouldn't complain, I had a great time and met some great people....

I know, I saw that question and was dumb-founded by it...:confused: I understand possibly them bringing beer, but wouldn't insist on it, nor would I say "fork out some dough so I can fill the boat up"....just not right.

I agree.............we have had people offer us money, but Mr. Scream handles that so I don't know if he accepts or not.
I just need to put all their stuff away....that is my biggest deal.
(not a problem in our big new boat)
