try this guy
lightning (http://www.boatheaders.com/)
Performance figures on headers very considerably. As a rule, the higher horsepower engines benefit more than lower horsepower engines. For example the 330 horsepower Mercury engine will gain approximately 75 to 100 RPM, where as the 365 horsepower Mercury engine will gain approximately 300 to 400 RPM (45 HP). Blown engines gain up to 800 RPM (80 to 100 HP).

I have chrome headers and if I could do it all over again I would go ceramic. Less maintenance and they still look great.

I have ceramic. Chrome looks better. If you run dry they turn a flat grey. They look great when they come back from jet hot. I am going to try again and this time run water to the jet hot pair. I will be running my new chromies normally though. Boating is all about maintenence.\

I have rewarder short Ceramic coated headers on my boat. I love em! I have been running thme for about 4 years, still look new! they buff out just like alluminum. I would never own Chrome after having these, I can idle all day with out worriing about the Blue factor! I run very little water through mine, just enough to keep them cool. :)
