Yeah, good luck with somebody paying you to not by their boat just becuase the two of you don't agree on what is a clean used boat. You'd be real likely to be picking up your teeth if you tried that with me. It's part of buying a used boat to have to shop around. If you want a 'like new' boat, then go buy the only thing that actually is..... a new boat. Let me know how that works out for you. Yeah, right.
