Wow.....that sucks....something to be said with leaving truck motors turn key....
Hopefully it is nothing, but the sound of metal in the rotating assembly is not a good thing...

The Shot heard 'round the world.....
The FIRST time my blower motor went, it sounded like a cannon! Doing ~85 mph accelerating hard at full boost at 6,8000 RPM. Motor went BOOM! then was followed by what sounded like someone shaking a five gallon metal bucket full of nuts and bolts. Had hot oil all over my back (very pleasant) and all over the boat. The oil pan looked like someone shot it with a .45 from the inside out. There was a major shatter in the bottom of the boat from parts blowing out the oil pan - luckily the bottom of my boat is 3/4" thick with a cav plate that went all the way to the strut. The only things that survived was the Pete Jackson gear drive and induction (blower and above). We salvaged the heads, but shoudn't have as they let go later (much less dramatically).
Also, when the motor went, it seized for a moment causing the boat to twist that caused me to do a diaper check.:o

Force 26-what truck engine combo do you have?? I was considering putting a supercharger on my 6.0 in my HD for a little more power.

:D Truck is fine.. put in a new set of cooler plugs..thats all:o
I tried to get him to take out a couple deg of timing to be safer but dude says NO its runnin perfect 300 hp & 393 tq to the wheels..back in the boat gettin mood. :D
