There is a shop up north here in Chico that does bikes like that. He will only paint it black though. There was an article in the Synthesis ( www.synthesis.com ) with all the info. They have built some pretty sick bikes.

One of the guys I work with up here in the Bay Area makes those kind of "custom" bikes...
Try this link:
Miller Kustoms (http://millerkustoms.com/index2.html)
He makes a KILLER tricycle I'd like to have made for my kid...

Wild Lavey,
There is a shop were my brother gets all his airbrush supplies from in orange county. It's called coast airbrush. They don't only carry airbrushes and supplies they make custom chopper bikes. $995 for a completed bike with a chromed front end. They have a couple tanks and wheels to choose from. If you want to fork out the bucks, they do some nice graphics. One of the artists there also owns a white carrera cat and he's a fellow boater who is always out in havasu. Click on the link and browse around. Here are a few pics from the website and a few my bro shot while at the shop.
