We bought one of their soft sided ice chest, the biggest one they had, at the boat show this past year. After trying to stuff 4 30 packs of beer, watters, and ice every weekend for two months the zippers broke. We called them and they told us to send it back. We just got it back today with new bigger and better zippers. All at no charge to us. I am pretty sure we are going to buy another one. Great customer service!!!! Not too mention the ice chest is keeps everything frosty for a long time. Great product as well.

I love their coolers, they are the best ones I have ever used. Plus the interior is much happier now.

One of the main reasons we bought it, we didn't want to f**k up our new boat.

I'll second that...I own 2 of them and a lot of peps ask where I bought them so they get a lot of referal business.

We put ice in on Saturday morning and on Sunday when we pour it out there are still a few cubes. It all depends on how much it is open. :D I will tell you that on Saturday night when you reach to the bottom for a cold one the water is FREEZING!!!!!

Plus, when you go face down into the cooler, it doesn't hurt as much. :D

I call mine "my 12 pack bag" and have taken it all over the place with me over the last 8 years. Absolutley the best cooler we own...

I just got my replacement cooler in the mail also. My zipper broke as well. Great customer service, and the best cooler period.

If it is for use on your boat, go with at least the 30 pack size. That way, you can go with a big bag of ice, and still have room for things.
