oil pump ?

I am about ready to install the oil pump but I can't remember if there was a gasket between the cover and the pump body. Can someone please help. Thanks

No gasket between cover and body, but the cover and body should be sanded flat and end play at .0025!..:cool:

thanks for the info. I did the sanding and clearancing a while back just couldn't remember if I took a gasket out of there.
