I hear people talking about flowcoating the bottom of their boats. What is flow coating and how is it applied?

Last year we had a new flow coat applied by Billy B, it came out bitchin'. We had to take everything out of the boat and sand and clean the floor. Then we took it to Billy to do his magic. I wasn't there to see it applied bit I assume he sprays it in, you could contact him for the details. You can see a little of it here in this photo, it made the floors shine like they are wet.

I'm getting ready to do mine now. Have the sanding done and almost ready. I contacted Billy B. Last year and he reccomended a Dupont product. Will take a look tonite and see if I can find out the exact product name. Everyone here talks about Billy B's work and the picks I've seen are really sick. So I guess he is the one to listen too.
