Who blew off the river to go next weekend?

I guess eveyone's tolerance of the big weekend crap at the river is different, so I gotta ask. Who else blew off the river for Memorial Day to head out next weekend?

Going out tomorrow @ Elsinore that way if their are too many people or things are to rough and turn ugly it isn't such a long haul home. Plus I am going early am like 6ish to hit the glass and anchor off in the cove and just watch the freak show.

We have not be out on a big weekend in 4 years, not worth all the traffic to and from and on the river. I am leaving friday morning and staying in Moabi. I might try to get down to OP6C on Sat .

Just got back:p You all missed out , what are you,a bunch of girls,:D ,it was killer like it has been for the last 2 months,little windy on sunday morning, but made for a nice (outrageous) day in the channel, light breeze,very clear,got lots of pic,s lots of FUN. :p wimps:D . be back at it this coming thur,:p .6/3.sucks that sandbar was out sat,sun,like always, but moabi sat, was very nice.

We skip the holiday weekends and have so for years...Three day weekend before the holiday and a 3 day weekend this weekend as well in LHC. Why do we need to put up with the craziness of a holiday weekend?
