Mine takes a 1/2" wrench so that would be what? 7/16"? The line is 1/4" I dont know exactly what you mean by AN size.

the fittings on the pump and cylinder are 1/8 in pipe threads ... i just did mine in -4 an tube ( not hose ) and i just used an 1/2 in cord clamp like you would use on the s/t control cable to seal it.. i will get you a pic if you need one..

Another way to do it is to use -4 AN hose to a -4 AN bulkhead fitting sealed with o-rings at the transom, then -4 AN on out to the bimba cylinder. Hacker runs that setup and it doesn't leak at all. BUUUUt the -4 bulkhead fittings cost more than those cable clamps, and you'd have to buy 4 more hose ends than the way that Four Q suggested.

Rex and CP Performance sell a braided line kit that comes with the lines pre-made and the bulkhead fittings in stainless.

These kits are about $135.

Taylorman,
I just did this with my boat. The size you are looking for are
-4an. I bought special long stainless steel bulkhead fittings from Rex (I think they get them from Cherry) they are $20 each. Used (2) 90 degrees
-4an to 1/8' pipe fitings for the cylinder and 1/4" pipe to -4an for the pump. I used all stainless fittings and -4an braided stainless hose premade at Bonaco. try www.bonacoinc.com
Good luck,
Rob
