I know Doghouse runs some kind of a crank trigger, I don't know if it's MSD though. He might be one to talk to. ;)

Mine's a little different than the MSD. The Electromotive crank trigger uses a 1/8" thick, 60 tooth steel wheel and a mag pickup that's mounted to the timing cover. I just spaced out all of the accessory drives to match. I think the MSD flying magnet deal is thicker, but you could machine up some spacers to line up pulleys. Not sure about the pickup mount, but I'm sure you could come up with something custom.

I ran one (MSD) on the 632" in my Carrera cat. It was a pain in the ass with all the custom brackets/spacers etc to make the sea pump and other accesories line up correctly while utilizing the trigger. Everything has to be spaced out by the thickness of the trigger wheel. After fighting it for 2 seasons and realizing I never change my timing anyway, I went back to a regular distributor/ standard brackets, no spacers
If anyone has a need for the system I will sell it. MSD distributor, trigger, and wheel.

I am going to run the crank trigger.I am going with a product engineering remote water pump(It will match my fuel pump).I am going to run their alternator with the cog belts for alt and powersteering.
