father in law is looking for a Northern cal shallow water river boat. He looked at the WELDCRAFT and others(kinda geeky lookin!). But We cant find info on DESIGN CONCEPTS....does anyone have any info on them? thanks

design concepts are nice boats... if you're into that low water fishing boat thing... my friend has one with a small block chevy and a kodiak pump, he loves it...

There is a Concept Design's Boat Company in Chico Ca. It's out by the airport! Oh shit, didn't see the above post!:rolleyes:

thanks for the leeds......He wants something that doesn't look like the geeky lake patroll special! I was telling him about a guy that was at the BBSP that had one of those river rapid race boats, he will NEVER fish with it, just wants to hull butt up and down the SAC river.

I live on the Rogue River here in Grants Pass Ore and have had all the different River Boats from drift boats to fast sleds. The best I have had was the RiverWild boats made here in Grants Pass by Bob White there # is541-955-1970. He not only builds them he Races White Water and won the unlimited class A last weekend at our Memorila day event.

Newest patrol boat on Elsinore was made by design concepts in '03.
