HAVING SOME GOOD FRIENDS VERY INVOLVED IN THE DESERT , I'VE BECOME QUITE DRAWN TO THE SPORT. A VERY GOOD FREIND OF MINE RACES PRO-TRUCK, I'VE BEEN IN AND OUT OF SOME VERY SERIOUS SHOPS. CAN YOU IMAGINE HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE TO PUT THIS KIND OF ENGINEERING IN SOMTHING...THEN PRODUCE IT IN-HOUSE!!!!!!!!!
DONT THINK JIMMY SMITH COULD HANDLE THIS SON-A-BITCH.

Try $750,000!!! I have a friend who worked and traveled with Robby for 9 years, he started with him in Off Road, went to North Carolina with him in 97, came back, did the Indy thing again, he did not want to go back with him in 2000 to North Carolina. He still helps out once in a while when they take the TT out. The Motor is a Richard Childress Hybrid, the number of 850-900 hp rings a bell if I remember correctly. He has done alot of testing this year, Laughlin, San Felipe and a few trips to Barstow, all in preperation for the 1000.

YOU CANT REALLY PUT A PRICE ON ALL THE R&D.... ALL THE BUILD/PREP TIME. THE TESTING ROB HAS HAD TO GO OUT AND DO. THAT TRUCK IS IN NO WAY "FOR SALE". IM SURE AFTER THE 1000.. IT WILL BE FOR LEASE THOUGH....JUST ASK JIMMY SMITH.....

Sick. I remember when Robby began driving Venables Truck and how trick that truck was. This one is art. The welds are immaculate.
Does Robby still have any thing to do w/Ford any more?

Nada, he is all Chevy now. He could only do Indy in a Chevy this year, the truck is the same, all because of the Nextel Cup Ride.
