Cobra Jet Boat?

I was wondering who has owed one of these hulls and if they are good lake boats. i am looking at one thats an 18 footer with berkley pump. thanks.

You betcha they're good lake boats! Mine ain't the fastest thing around, 57 on GPS, but it's fun and I like to call it the station wagon cause I can haul 6 people plus coolers!

I had one, a 1979 bow rider 18' with an "e" pump. Nice boat for sure, It could handle rough water great. Wouldn't mind having another if it didnt have a rotten floor and transom. (and shiney gel coat)

Mine's JUST like his, only it's a 16'er, slightly different over the jet area on the upper deck - he's right about the "people capacity", though - mine'll hold 6 too, but probably only 1 cooler!!!! LOL
