yellow & white boats

I'm planing on painting my block black but i wanted to see how some other colors looked. Any of you guys have any pics of yellow & white boats with the blocks painted?

I think i'm going to stick with black. if i painted it yellow i think it would be too much since there is already so much yellow.

I think it would look real good painted yellow, but so would black. Hell boats are never done so you can always paint it again later.;)

I like the cast color too, i bought some cast color paint to spray a few things to see how it looks. I may go with that color. The cap looks like a gunmetal color to me, but it's called cast.

Here you go Shaun. The engine block color is orange I haven't done anything to the engine block since I bought the boat in 1989. Hopefully, next year I will build the engine but I probably will stay with the same block color. http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/521/167678_Southwind-med.JPG

I was going to say paint the motor Orange to match the orange in the seats.

Black can make an oil leak a lot harder to locate.

Ya, i made that mistake on my bug. jesus what was i thinking.
The boat is alittle more open though :D so finding a oil leak shouldnt be too hard, i hope. I started the painting process, i just decided to go black. I think i might do the heads in a cast, or alum type color, not sure yet.

Originally the boat was gold metalflake and white with the motor painted black.
I changed to bright yellow, motor, pump and boat.
