does anyone remember what ratios were made for the c-500. I've been trying to figure what ratio my c-500 is without taking it apart. After 6 rotations of the input shaft the out put shaft has only advanced 90 degrees further than the input shaft. If I had 25% over the 90 degrees would be made on only one rotation. It takes six roatations for me to get to 90 degrees. That calculates out to about 4-5%. Did they make a 4-5%?

That would be 1.04 overdrive. I'm almost positive that is one of the gear ratios. I have some info on c-500's but its at work. If you PM me your fax # I would be happy to send it to you tomorrow.

According to my llittle info sheet from Casale they were available with: 1.04 1.115 1.15 1.20 1.25 1.29 1.33 1.39 1.41 1.50.
Looks like you may have 1.04.
