It was long nights in the garage but loved every min. of it. I could sure use a color matching place close to 91 and 710, 605 aria. I just can`t imagine how It`s not done this late in the season. :( Thanks for any help and post your winter repairs. PS I pass Ca. state general contactors exam yesterday :cool: :D :)

I hope you didn't sand off those little numbers in picture #2. Especially since there aren't any hidden ones applied in that year.
You might not go to jail if the boat is found without them, but they'll sure impound it while they try to trace its origin.

wow! did you pull the cap off in that first pic? or did it crack around like that? I have a crack on the drivers side I am worried about.

That was the result of a dock wind and bad driving.lol the rail got cought on the dock and just riped it open. It was stuck open about a 1/4" that pic is after I took the sawsall to it. If you have any kind of crack I would think it can only get worse.

Hull ID numbers weren't required until '73. No sweat as long as the paperwork's in order.
It's the ones '73 and later that don't have numbers that run into trouble.
