Good luck.....
I have been dropped too many times to count......
AND....I have never had a claim in 15 years.......
I use a broker....
Marrs, Maddocks & Associates
760-804-0402
Talk to Dan Marrs....
I am very happy with their service, just not the insurance companies.....
Hope this helps...
Later,
CJG
BTW.....you owe me a cover if it works out...... :boxed:

Gemini Insurance. I have a 1 mil policy for single family only. No multi-unit.
Haven't had a claim in 8 years, and I pay $30,000 a year based on 2 mil in receipts.

Between my BBQ Island and your Video rigging in Risky Business, we are undoubtedly (2) busy guys !! All kidding aside, I think I may have the perfect program for both you and Wet Willie via one of the most well known insurance companies on the planet in a not so well known "Technology" division that will cover installation contractors !!!!

Golden Eagle, by far the cheapest.

Golden Eagle, by far the cheapest.
No residential, but yes that can be very competitive. Just keep in mind, in the "Contracting" insurance business, not everything is what it appears and bidding and getting large jobs requires certain policy/certificate language/terms & conditions not found or offered by every carrier, i.e.
Per project aggregate
Waiver of Subrogation
Primary/Non-Contributory wording
CG 2010 11/85 version Additional Insured
'X' out on certificates as respects cancellation notification
I could go on and on, but I won't :)

My General Liabilty runs me $47,000 a year based on my gross sales. I am a concrete contractor I do commerical and residential, we use a broker our insurance is thru navigator's we can do up to 10 houses per tract but cannot do apartments, condo's or townhomes. Give me a call (Andre' off. (951) 279-0654) our broker researches the best options for you. Don't get more than two brokers shopping for quotes there are only so many ins. co. to get quotes from and the rest will get shut down. Each ins. co. will only give one quote.
