Camp is my bed at the Riverside :D :D......if I make it that far!! :eek: I'm not 100% where we'll watch them, this is our first year doing Laughlin for the 4th.....I don't think we'll be in our boat cuz we launch up at Mohave, so if I have a guaranteed really good view of fireworks at Riverside, I'm thinkin my a$$ on the grass is lookin mighty nice!! :D What about you??....are you staying in Laughlin over the 4th weekend?? houseboat trip @ mead starting monday....boat will be in vegas.
one of my crew members wife's parents live outside of bullhead and made us reservations in laughlin for the wkd to see the firework deal....
so, stuck in town with no boat.....
unless maybe someone feels sorry for me and gives a ride :D

I worked in Malibu for a few years:cool: and seen a couple shows from the shoreline. They have been some of the best firework shows I ever saw. People in Malibu know how to do a show.

Those albies don't compare to the Big Bluefin;) This is a 121
lb I caught, one of the five over 100lbs in one day, biggest was 156lbs.
Last year there was less than 50 Bluefin weighed at the docks over 150lbs last year. Lets just say we had an epic trip again.
Our boat had a 75lb Yellowtail at Alijos too!

I know they don't compare. But it is still fun! Especially on a wide open bite when you can throw anything at them and it's a feeding frezy around the boat. You can't real them in fast enough! I'm just saying I gotta get back out there!
