That's an Aquameter fuel guage. My 73 Sleek Rebel has a full panel of Aquameter stuff. :D As far as I can tell they came from the factory that way. Most of it still works to, that's what's amazing.
What's ghetto is that speedo, right out of an old Bass boat I would say.

Wouldn`t a ram be too big an intake for 400 hp? I have the same engine and bore I have a duel plenum. I can`t imagine gaining 35 mph off changing to a ram. Maybe he ment 100 mph is how fast the water shoots out the jet. lol:D
